Return & Refund

At EVDANCE, we place great emphasis on delivering high-quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. Our return, exchange, and cancellation policies are fully compliant with EU and UK consumer protection regulations.

1. 14-Day Statutory Cooling-off Period

You have the statutory right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without providing any reason (including a change of mind or incorrect purchase).

Note: If the last day of the cooling-off period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the return period automatically extends to the next business day.
Refunds: Fully qualified returns within this 14-day period are eligible for a full refund of the product price and standard delivery costs. No restocking fee applies.
Return Shipping & Non-Quality Issues: For returns and exchanges due to non-quality reasons (such as selecting the wrong amperage or incorrect plug type), the customer is responsible for returning the item to our designated European warehouse and must bear the associated return shipping costs.

2. 30-Day Extended Return Period

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended commercial return period. We accept return applications submitted from the 15th day to the 30th day after receiving the goods.

3. Restocking Fee for Extended Returns (Days 15-30)

For returns initiated between Day 15 and Day 30 due to non-quality reasons (e.g., changed mind, incorrect model, vehicle incompatibility), a 30% restocking fee based on the original product price will be deducted from your refund.

This charge covers necessary product safety re-inspections, repackaging, and warehouse operational costs for our high-value electrical charging equipment.
Please note: After 30 days, we no longer accept returns for a refund.

4. 3-Year Official Warranty & Defective Items

EVDANCE offers a comprehensive 3-Year (36-month) warranty valid from the purchase date for inherent manufacturing defects.

Short-term Rejection (First 30 Days): If your item arrives damaged in transit, or proves defective within the first 30 days, we will cover all return shipping expenses and offer a full refund or a free replacement. (Please provide clear photos/videos of the defect or shipping damage).
After 30 Days: We provide prompt professional support to repair or replace defective units under our warranty terms.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment and production processing.
Once the goods have been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. You must follow the standard return process upon receiving the parcel.

6. Return Qualification & Condition Rules

Statutory 14 Days: You are allowed to inspect the product as you would in a retail shop. However, if the product's value is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning (e.g., it has been wired, installed, or shows wear), we reserve the right to deduct an amount for the diminished value from your refund.
Extended 15-30 Days: Products MUST be completely unused, uninstalled, and in their original intact packaging with all accessories and anti-tampering labels attached.
Hazardous materials and artificially damaged items are strictly non-returnable.

7. Return & Exchange Process

We operate via authorized local return centers and fulfillment facilities in Europe. Please never send back items without prior authorization.

Contact us first to obtain an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct verified European return address.
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, an inspection result notification will be sent via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. (Please note that extra processing time by your bank or card issuer may apply).
