At EVDANCE, we accept secure online payments via the following official payment methods for all orders placed on our website. All transactions are fully encrypted and strictly compliant with EU and UK payment security standards to ensure your payment and personal data are safely protected.

We currently support two types of secure payment options:

  • PayPal: Fast, secure global payment, supporting comprehensive buyer protection.
  • Credit / Debit Card Payment: Processed via our authorized third-party payment gateway, safely supporting major cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

2. Payment Processing & Security

All card payments are processed by a regulated third-party payment processor. EVDANCE does not store your full card number, CVV, or sensitive banking data on our servers. All payment transactions are SSL encrypted and fully PCI DSS compliant.

  • 3D Secure / SCA Authentication: In compliance with the EU and UK PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2), your card payment may be subject to Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). You may be redirected to your bank's 3D Secure page to verify the transaction via a mobile app notification or SMS code.
  • Once your payment is successfully verified, your order will be confirmed and processed immediately. In rare cases, orders may be pending for manual security review to prevent fraudulent transactions.

3. Currency & Charges

All prices displayed on our website are final. In strict accordance with PSD2 regulations, we do not charge any hidden transaction fees, handling fees, or additional consumer surcharges for using a standard credit or debit card.

If your card-issuing bank applies independent currency conversion fees or international transaction fees for cross-border payments, these charges are determined solely by your bank and remain the customer’s responsibility.

4. Payment Failed / Pending Orders

  • If your payment fails, is declined by your bank, or expires, your order will be automatically cancelled pending successful payment.
  • Duplicate pending unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled by our system to avoid any risk of duplicate charges.
  • For payment errors, unexpected declines, or unknown charges, please contact our customer support at contact@evdances.com with your order number for investigation before opening a dispute with your bank.

5. Refund & Transaction Reversal Rules

For anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, all approved refunds must be returned strictly via the original payment method you used during checkout (either to your PayPal account or the original credit/debit card).

Refund processing times vary by payment provider:

  • PayPal Refunds: Usually processed and visible within 1–3 working days.
  • Card Refunds: Usually take 3–10 working days depending on your card-issuing bank’s processing speed and billing cycle.

6. Fraud Prevention & Verification

To protect both our customers and the business from fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to proactively verify order information, request standard identity verification, or cancel high-risk orders in full compliance with EU and UK anti-fraud regulations.

7. Policy Compliance
