We currently offer free shipping on all orders to France, Germany and the United Kingdom.

For all other EU countries, shipping costs range from €15.99 to €20.99 (customs clearance fees included).

Should any shipping delays occur, our customer service team will contact you promptly. Our product prices include goods tax and shipping tax.

Shipping Carriers We ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. We work with DHL, FedEx and Amazon Logistics UK EU to guarantee reliable delivery. We will select the most suitable shipping carrier based on your delivery address.

Processing & Delivery Time Orders are generally prepared and processed from our Amazon warehouse within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be extended on weekends and public holidays.

Standard delivery within the UK, EU continent usually takes 5–10 business days.
