Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and your chosen shipping method.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
Please contact our customer service at support@evdances.com. We will check the status with the shipping carrier or arrange a replacement if necessary.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
Certain items (e.g., special offers/sale items) are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?
Visit our returns portal on our website. Have your order number and email address ready, and follow the instructions to create a return shipping label.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For returns due to "wrong purchase" or "no longer needed", the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping) as well as any applicable storage fees.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
Can I exchange an item?
At present, we do not provide direct exchange services. Please return the original item and submit a new order for your desired product.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@evdances.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed, processing usually begins immediately.If you wish to make any changes, please contact our customer service right away.We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible.
How can I check my order status?
Log in to your customer account on our website and open the Order History section. You will also receive email notifications regarding the current status of your order.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.If your order has not shipped within this period, there may be processing delays.Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, cancellation may be possible.However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Do I have to create an account to place an order?
No, you can also place an order as a guest.However, with a customer account, you can track your orders, save shipping details, and speed up the checkout process.

Which cable is best suited for my electric car?
This depends on several factors:
- Your vehicle
- Your home charging station
- Your planned use of public charging stations
The connector type depends on your vehicle, and the charging power is limited by the respective maximum charging capacity of the car, cable, and charging station.
If your vehicle has a Type 2 port, a 22 kW cable (3-phase, 32A) offers the greatest flexibility, as it supports charging at 22 kW, 11 kW, 7 kW or 3 kW. However, it is heavier and not necessary in all cases.

Can I use a 22 kW cable with a 7 kW charging station?
Yes. 22 kW charging cables (3-phase, 32A) are backward compatible. They work at 22 kW, 11 kW, 7 kW or 3 kW, charging at the maximum power allowed by your vehicle or charging station.
The same applies to 7 kW cables. The exception is an 11 kW cable (3-phase, 16A). Since it is limited to 16A, when used with a 7 kW charging station (single-phase, 32A), it only charges at 16A single-phase — around 3 kW.
Do all electric cars come with the same charging cables?
No, they do not. There are various connector types, phase configurations and current ratings, which determine the charging power in kilowatts.

Besides, product quality is of great importance. A recent report from Electrical Safety First indicates that unsafe EV charging cables are commonly available on the market. Our charging cables are made of premium-grade components and undergo over 50 automated and visual quality inspections before shipment.
What is a Type 2 charging cable?
Most modern European electric vehicles are equipped with a Type 2 port.
It is the European standard for untethered charging stations (stations without a permanently attached cable).
New EU electric vehicles typically require a Type 2 to Type 2 charging cable for home charging or use at public charging stations with no built-in fixed cable.
It can be likened to the widely adopted USB‑C port used on modern mobile devices.
What is the difference between Type 2 and Type 1?
Simply put, Type 1 was the earlier vehicle-side charging standard.
However, most modern electric vehicles in Europe have switched to Type 2.
