Does the EV charging cable have to be installed？
No, as long as a 3-phase 16A CEE socket is available, no installation is required to use the EV charging cable. Whether at home or on the go
Why does my plug-in hybrid (PHEV) only charge at 3.5 kW even though I have an 11 kW wallbox?
The charging power is limited by your PHEV's on-board charger (OBC), not by the wallbox. Many PHEV models are designed for gentle charging at lower power. You can find the maximum AC charging power in your vehicle documentation
Why does the wallbox show current on L1 and L2, but 0.0A on L3？
This is often due to the vehicle. Many vehicles – for example, the Audi Q5 – only charge using two phases, even though the wallbox provides three phases. This is normal and not a defect.
Why does the screen flash white from time to time？
"Please check the voltage at your household socket.
Normally the voltage is below 174 V, and the charger displays an error message. The voltage was lower than 40 V, and the screen was flashing.
What guarantees can I get？
We offer a 3-year warranty (only for quality issues. Excluded are surface marks caused by use, normal aging from normal use, and damage to electronic components due to improper use).

Im praktischen Einsatz f?llt vor allem die einfache Handhabung auf, da kein fester Einbau n?tig ist und der Anschluss ��ber CEE unkompliziert funktioniert. Die einstellbare Ladeleistung bietet Flexibilit?t je nach Stromanschluss, und das Display liefert eine gute ��bersicht ��ber den Ladevorgang. Das Kabel wirkt robust und ausreichend lang f��r typische Parksituationen. Im Vergleich zu fest installierten Wallboxen ist der Komfort etwas geringer, daf��r ��berzeugt die Mobilit?t. Gut geeignet f��r Nutzer, die eine flexible Ladeoption f��r Zuhause und unterwegs suchen, weniger ideal f��r eine reine Dauerinstallation.

Macht was es soll
Funktioniert alles. Vollkommend ausreichend f��r eine Wallbox .
sehr einfach zu bedienen. An der 400 Volt Steckdose anstecken und schon gehts los. Um nicht zu Zeiten des Spitzenstromverbrauchs zu laden (z.B. in den fr��hen Abendstunden) kann der Start des Ladens verz?gert werden. So ist es m?glich, dass der Ladevorgang erst um z.B. 23:00 gestartet wird!

Bis jetzt funktioniert alles tadellos , es hat schon Vorteil eine Mobile Ladestation zu haben, man nimmt's in Urlaub mit, heutzutage hat jeder Haushalt Starkstrom Anschl��ss. Lade mein Mercedes EQA damit, mit 11Kw brauche ich f��r 100% ca.6Std. Ich lade nur bis 60%, da wir das Auto nur f��r einkaufen und kurze strecke brauchen.
Preis Leistung stimmt
Ich habe mich f��r die mobile Wallbox entschieden, damit ich auch mal ausserhalb mein E-Auto laden kann. Mir gef?llt der Gedanke, dass eine 400V Steckdose ausreicht um zusammen mit dieser Wallbox ein E-Auto zu laden. Das Paket kam schnell und gut verpackt. Die Inbetriebnahme der Wallbox ist sehr einfach gehalten und die ersten Ladevorg?nge waren problemlos. Mein E-Auto verf��gt ��ber eine 63 kW Batterie, die da niemals leer gefahren wird, innerhalb von 3-4 Stunden wieder voll (100%) ist. Wenn man bedenkt, dass es auch noch besser ist f��r die Batterie maximal 80% zu laden, kann man das Auto binnen 3 Stunden aufladen. Der PLatzbedarf f��r diese Wallbox ist kaum gr??er als f��r das Standardkabel was jedem E-Auto beiliegt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Einstellbarkeit des Ladestroms. Traut man der Hausinstallation nicht so sehr, kann man den Ladestrom reduzieren und belastet somit die Leitungen des Ladepunktes deutlich geringer, was aber wiederum mehr Ladezeit beansprucht. Alles in allem eine tolle Sache diese Wallbox. Hoffentlich h?lt sie auch lange.
Diese mobile Wallbox ist das Geld wert.

Bei der Erstanwendung k?nnte man glauben der Touchsensor geht nicht, aber man muss nur etwas l?nger gedr��ckt halten und kann dann die Ladestr?me durchschalten.
Was k?nnte man verbessern:
- die mitgelieferte Tasche k?nnte etwas gro?z��giger geschnitten sein, so verpacke ich nicht sondern lagere das Ger?t mit Kabel offen in der Garage.
- ich h?tte gerne etwas mehr Geld daf��r ausgegeben wenn das Ger?t au?en gummiert w?re. Dies w?re f��r ein "Werkzeug" w��nschenswert.

Super. Bin wirklich zufrieden mit dieser Wallbox, nachdem meine erste nach drei Jahren den "Geist" aufgegeben hat.
Ladegeschwindigkeit l?sst sich leicht einstellen und konstant und an die Solaranlage anpassen. Nach jeden Ladevorgang kann man die Daten super ablesen. Kabell?nge und Qualit?t des Kabels auch sehr angenehm und Hochwertig.
Funktioniert tadellos
Bei 6A schaltet das Fahrzeug zwar nach kurzer Zeit das Fahrzeug das Laden aus, bei 8-10A l?uft es aber durch. Dies scheint eher vom Fahrzeug geregelt zu werden.
